Office Renovations
This renovation project in Norwalk CT began in November of 2022 and was a great showcase of our skills. The site is an active mix of a contractors yard and offices, and let us put our best quality - flexibility, to use. We worked closely building a flexible schedule that maximized efficiency with other subcontractors on the project, such as electricians, plumbers, abatement professionals and the tenants themselves, since a full utility shut down of the building was not an option.
One Medical, Westport CT
Interior Buildout
This interior buildout brought One Medical to downtown Westport CT. The scope included removal of ACT, different types of flooring, interior walls and glass wall panels. The project was completed in just over a week.
Hammer & Nails, Darien CT
Retail Buildout
This new development in Darien, CT was in need of a different floor plan for the incoming tenant. The plan called for two metal stud walls and a tile bathroom floor to be removed, leaving one of the column furrouts that the main wall was built on in place. We were able to complete the job in under two days, working within the confines of the mixed retail/residential complex, leaving the surfaces that were to be untouched at a level that allowed them to be ready for new finish installation.
